I have been terrible at updating this thing, I know!
However, my plan is to show some new pictures and I have at least started.
It has been a wonderful summer. Great weather with lots of sun, trips to Nice and London and fun with friends. Pictures will come... eventually :)
It snowed yesterday, it's snowing today and we are going to get more snow this weekend, so it is really white and wintery which is very nice. Unfortunately it is -10 Celsius, 14 Farenheit and very windy = Cold!

We are getting some serious snow here in Sweden. It has been snowing immensely since yesterday. I'm really glad I got some good winter boots the other day.

I have a new passion!
Before I left San Diego I noticed that the latest fashion was really long bead necklaces and I actually bought a few as presents for friends and family in Sweden.
Here it has gone a bit further. I discovered a shop were you buy the beads and then you can make your own necklace, ring or even earrings. It is so much fun! I've been there twice. First time it was a bit overwhelming, so I ended up only buying stuff to make a pair of earrings (even though I had big plans for a necklace when I went there). Last night I did buy stuff for a necklace and it is going to be almost 6 feet long before I'm done. It usually comes out to be about half the cost of buying a necklace in a store but the best thing about it is that you can design it yourself, so noone will have the same one and you can get the color combination you like.
When I go there I get all excited and just want to buy tons of beads to make several necklaces, different designs just pop into my head. That's how much fun it is (and I'm not even the type who usually wears a lot of necklaces or other jewlery...)! It's like the feeling I had when I painted my first painting. Thank you David!

By the way, this morning it was about -1 Celsius (about 30 degrees Fahrenheit) and I could see my breath walking to work. Brrr!!

Yesterday it was gray and rainy. Today it is gray and so windy I almost blew off the street. It's not as cold as it was Monday but it will be, really soon. The troubling part is that this grey, cold, rainy/snowy, windy weather will last probably until April next year... Rather depressing!
I will not give up yet though because I do love it when the sky is blue, the air is crispy cold and the ground is snowy white.
I got this new really nice laptop at work so I brought my nice old backpack to bring my laptop home. My old backpack is black, red and kind of small which I really like. Unfortunately my new laptop did not fit because of the new wider screen so I started looking for a new backpack. I cannot find one that I like :( They are either way too big, like you would fit your entire office in it, or they are extremely boring.
Right now I am choosing between these three:

Samsonite Xylem
Which one should I choose??
There are a lot of things I want, as opposed to need (Wivianne knows what I'm talking about), and right now I want a cool car that is fast, looks good and is easy to park. The candidate right now is a Peugeot 307 cc:
